A renovation is an exciting project. Out with the old and no longer inspiring, and in with the new and completely uplifting. At this Arbutus family townhouse, the concentration was on creating a warm, inviting and timeless space.

On the main floor, creating a focus on the fireplace, a warm colour scheme and pot lighting help create a cozy feel that’s pulled together by the abstract art work.

The master bathroom renovation portion was the focus of this project and the client requested a restful, spa-like environment. Michele delivered this request by utilizing a rich colour scheme with slate tiles and calming textures.

This contemporary home has a comfortable, lived-in feeling where family and friends can come together time, and time again.
